How TalentSolution came to life

From a small group of recruiters and engineers frustrated with legacy ATS tools, to a platform trusted by thousands of teams worldwide.

2019
The idea is born

After years of wrestling with clunky, fragmented ATS systems, our founding team decided to build something better—an opinionated but flexible recruiting platform built for modern teams.

2020
First customers, real feedback

We launched an early version with a handful of design partners. Their feedback shaped our core principles: simplicity, transparency, and workflows that match how people actually hire.
